Welcome to Moretalk

We understand that communication is more than talk. We’re here to help with effective communication.

About us

Moretalk was founded in 2006 by Michelle Bonetti. In 2012, Michelle became the first specialist Communication Assistant (CA) in New Zealand, leading the way in ongoing CA services. As specialists in speech, language, and communication, we strive to promote fair and equal participation for everyone in a variety of environments.

Our team of Communication Assistants throughout New Zealand are passionate about supporting access to communication for everyone. We place individuals with communication needs at the centre of our work, upskilling others in adapting and changing things to ensure the participant has a voice, can understand, and can meaningfully participate.

We embrace the whakatauki – Nā to rourou, nā taku rourou, ka ora ai te iwi / With your food basket and my food basket the people will thrive as it reflects our commitment to collaborative support.

"The work you do is incredibly valuable, and I appreciate the effort you put in to assist me with my cross-examination preparation. It was important to me that I could question the complainant in a way that they could understand. I am grateful for your efforts. You have an important role in the process.”
