- Healthcare: Helping patients understand complex medical information, treatment plans, and health-related decisions, ensuring they can communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Workplaces: Assisting employees with communication disabilities to understand workplace policies, procedures, and tasks, and to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Community services: Working with various community organisations to make their services accessible and inclusive, helping individuals understand and engage with community programs and resources.
